An angry Annapolis mother dragged her son into the Southern District police station Tuesday and told officers to arrest him on drug charges, county police said.

Shawn Michael Klakring, 19, of the first block of Spruce Lane, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said Janet Frances Rowe stormed into the station shortly before 4 a.m. with her son, a pack of rolling papers and a small bag containing 2.2 grams of what later tested positive for marijuana.

She said she found the drugs and paraphernalia in her son's pants in his room and wanted him charged, police said.
