Toast the host with a book of wine

Bats and brews

The Keys Cafe at Harry Grove Stadium in Frederick is planning a series of beer-tasting dinners. The first, at 5: 30 p.m. next Tuesday, will feature brews from Samuel Adams and the Oregon Brewing Co. Southern sampler

Southern Maryland food, along with Maryland wines and Maryland beers will be on the menu at the 7th annual Taste of Southern Maryland from noon to 4 p.m. April 14 at Herrington on the Bay restaurant.
