David Noyes named bank's vice president

David F. Noyes of Ellicott City has been named senior vice president for residential mortgages at the Columbia Bank.

He is a former senior vice president at Loyola Federal Savings Bank. Attorney Thomas M. Meachum of Ellicott City has joined the Columbia law firm Reese and Carney as a partner.

He will practice law with an emphasis on land use, business matters and county and state government law.

Block, Lupisella join Spectra Press

Courtney Block of Ellicott City and Jeff Lupisella of Columbia have joined Spectra Press in Columbia as account executives and graphic designers.

Both will cover the Baltimore-Washington corridor.

Rosalia Strauss opens accounting firm

Rosalia "Rodi" B. Strauss, CPA, has opened an accounting firm at 10480 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 500, Columbia.

The firm will provide tax, financial and accounting services.
