The publisher of Dr. Stephen Vicchio's book, "The I of the Beholder," was incorrectly identified in yesterday's Religion Digest. The publisher is Cathedral Foundation Press.

Stephen Vicchio plans book signing

Dr. Stephen Vicchio, author of "The I of the Beholder," will sign books at 7 p.m. April 17 at the Howard County library Miller branch, 9421 Frederick Road, Ellicott City.

Dr. Vicchio is a professor of philosophy at the College of Notre Dame. His book was published by Cathedral Fountain Press. Information: 625-8490.

'Christ in Passover' is topic of talk

Faith Bible Church at 5810 Timberview Drive, Elkridge, will present a talk, "Christ in the Passover," by Rich Jamison of Jews for Jesus at 11 a.m. tomorrow.

The discussion includes insights on how the pieces of God's plan of salvation fit together, what Passover means from Egypt to Calvary through today and a display of the Passover pageantry.

The church also will have its Easter cantata "Christ Arose," during 6: 30 p.m. service tomorrow. Information: 796-2727.

'Foresaken of Man' to be performed

The choir of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Baltimore will present the cantata "Forsaken of Man" by Leo Sowerby at 1 a.m. Friday under the direction of Rodney Hansen, organist.

The part of the evangelist will be sung by Gene Tucker, a tenor from Arlington, Va. Mr. Tucker sang this part at the Washington National Cathedral last year as part of a festival commemorating the centennial of Sowerby's birth. He has performed with the San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Syracuse and Baltimore symphony orchestras and was the resident tenor at the Marlboro Festival for three seasons.

The part of Jesus will be sung by Braxton Peters, a Baltimore baritone, who is a member of the Emmanuel Choir. Other roles will be sung by members of the choir. The full chorus will sing the parts of the Gospels. Commentary will be done by Edward Borgers.

Women's Passover Seder set for Monday

The Baltimore Hebrew Congregation Sisterhood will celebrate its fifth annual Women's Passover Seder at 7: 15 pm. April 8 at the temple, 7401 Park Heights Ave., Pikesville.
