Bandits tonight

March 29, 1996

Opponent: Binghamton Rangers

Site: Baltimore Arena

Time: 7: 30

Radio: WITH (1230 AM), WAMD (970 AM)

Outlook: Not only did the Bandits lose to Worcester on Wednesday night and run their home record to a worst-in-the-league 12-20-4, but they also picked up a pair of injuries: Don McSween suffered a bone fracture in his wrist, and Oleg Mikulchik sustained facial lacerations; both are questionable for tonight. Both play defense, an aspect that has been giving the team fits of late. Meanwhile, the Rangers are a club you don't want to face with a weakened back line. In five games here, Binghamton is 4-1, averaging 5.4 goals per contest. The Rangers are tops in scoring in the AHL with 304 goals, 18 better than their closest pursuer, Albany (49-16-5). The Bandits are 3-8-4 at the Arena during the second half of the season are are 5-13-4 since winning half of their first 14 games on home ice.
