Man charged in theft of CDs worth $129 from Best Buy

Police arrested a Baltimore man and charged him with stealing compact discs worth $129 from Best Buy, county police said.

Erin Michael Jackson, 19, of the 500 block of Riverside Road was charged with theft.

A security guard at the store in the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie told police he saw a man in the store about 3 p.m. take several CDs, conceal them in his coat and walk out. The guard held the man for police.

Glen Burnie: Someone ransacked a home in the 200 block of Cross Creek Drive between 2 p.m. and 3: 45 p.m. Tuesday and took $500 cash, a camera and jewelry.
