Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: A lap-top computer, a computer terminal, a tool box and tools, all valued at $5,000, were stolen Wednesday from a 1990 Chevrolet station wagon parked in the 400 block of E. 27th St.

Robbery: A resident of the 2000 block of N. Charles St. was walking near his home Wednesday when he was assaulted by a man who robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $60.

Northeastern District

Theft: Police were seeking a man who entered the home of a relative in the 1800 block of Swansea Road on Wednesday and stole a diamond cluster ring valued at $700.

Robbery: A man was in the 5300 block of Parkside Drive on Wednesday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his motorized dirt bike valued at more than $1,000.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man was walking in the 6100 block of Reisterstown Road on Wednesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $200.

Western District

Burglary/arrests: Police arrested a 32-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman who had broken into in a house in the 1800 block of Riggs Ave.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A man was walking near his home in the 200 block of S. Monastery Ave. on Wednesday when two men, one with a handgun, demanded his money. After taking the victim's wallet and a small sum of cash, the gunman hit him in the face with the weapon.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the first block of Stonecutter Court on Wednesday and stole a set of keys. The intruder then stole the victim's car, a 1981 Buick Century with tags YYN 244.

North Point Precinct

Money and prescription drugs, all valued at more than $150, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1600 block of Four Georges Court.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: When an employee of Littman's Jewelers at the Hunt Valley Mall showed a $3,000 diamond bracelet to a male customer Wednesday, the customer grabbed the employee's wrist, took the bracelet and fled.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: An unarmed man robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 7400 block of Windsor Mill Road of less than $50 Wednesday.

For the Record

Slain man identified: A man found shot to death in a 1994 Lexus with New York tags that was parked near the intersection of Knights Way and Queens Lace Street in Pikesville on Wednesday has been identified as Roland Aaron Evans, 29, of the 1700 block of E. 32nd St., Baltimore. Police knew of no motive for the slaying.
