County officials to discuss proposed development cap

County officials will explain their proposal to limit new subdivisions when area schools reach 120 percent of capacity at the Anne Arundel County Citizens Advisory Committee meeting tomorrow.

County Executive John G. Gary, Who hopes to initiate the measure this spring, will be at the two-hour session that begins at 7 p.m. at the Board of Education headquarters on Riva Road in Annapolis.

The policy would give developers the option of building an addition, a school or putting money into a separate fund for school construction if they want to construct a subdivisions would be allowed.
