Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Burglary: Tools valued at more than $1,000 were stolen Monday from a shed in the 3800 block of Glenarm Ave.

Burglary: More than $2,000 and a diamond bracelet valued at $1,000 were stolen Monday from a house in the 2800 block of Kentucky Ave.

Robbery: A man was in the 1300 block of E. Cold Spring Lane on Monday when he was grabbed around the neck by another man who robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $200.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A white 1993 Jeep Cherokee with tags 779489M was stolen Monday in the 100 block of Taplow Road.

Theft: A 40-foot aluminum extension ladder valued at $700 was stolen Monday from outside a house in the 3100 block of Huntingdon Ave.

Western District

Robbery: A 36-year-old man was in the 1600 block of W. North Ave. on Monday when he was assaulted by several youths who struck him with their fists and robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $50.

Theft: Police were seeking a Middle River, Baltimore County, teen-age male who entered a house in the 1100 block of N. Carey St. on Monday and stole a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun valued at more than $300.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A 1994 Dodge Shadow with tags ZMF 995 was stolen Monday in the 3000 block of Presbury St.

Robbery: A resident of the 4200 block of Euclid Ave. was sitting on the front porch of his home Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of cash and property, all valued at more than $20.

Robbery: A 78-year-old woman was walking in front of her home Monday in the 4500 block of Dunland Ave. when a man in his early 20s pushed her to the ground and robbed her of $3. The woman was taken to St. Agnes Hospital for treatment of a possible broken hip.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: An 18-year-old Essex man was at Eastern Boulevard and Orville Road on Monday when another man, who implied he had a handgun, robbed him of $70 and a pager valued at $60.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Two televisions and a cable TV remote, valued at more than $2,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 2400 block of Sylvale Road.

Burglary: Property valued at more than $600 was stolen Monday from an apartment in the 1700 block of Aberdeen Road.

Bank robbery: Two men robbed the First National Bank in the 500 block of Fairmount Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 9: 15 a.m. Monday. While one man remained in a Buick Rivera outside, his accomplice placed bank bags into a bag and fled. The car was last seen eastbound on East Joppa Road.
