An armed man robbed a North Laurel gas station Thursday night and then drove off in a vehicle parked nearby, Howard County police said.

No injuries were reported in the robbery of the All Saints Crown in the 9200 block of All Saints Road.

About 9: 30 p.m., the man walked into the gas station store and pulled a semiautomatic handgun.

He pointed the weapon at the cashier, then took $300 from the cash register, ran to an Isuzu Trooper and drove away, police said.

The suspect was described as a black male, 25 to 30, 5-feet-7 and weighing 150 pounds. He had a mustache and a light beard and wore a dark blue hooded coat, police said.
