Outlook: The Spirit, which is one win away from clinching second place and home-field advantage in the American Division playoffs, defeated the Ambush, 22-16, in their only other meeting this season and leads St. Louis in the series, 5-3. Baltimore split two games last weekend, defeating Cincinnati, 12-3, before losing to Tampa Bay the next night, 21-14. The Spirit (24-14) will play its last two regular-season games without top scorer Franklin McIntosh (48 goals, 77 assists), who was suspended for two games for missing practice. Spirit defender Jason Dieter (hamstring) is questionable and goalkeeper Joe Mallia (ankle sprain) is out.
