Developing Business hires Nevin as administrator

Developing Business Network Inc., a support consulting company for home-based and just-starting companies, announced that Kelli B. Nevin has been selected as director of administration.

She will develop and implement company policy relating to the Internet and the World Wide Web.

Before joining the Baltimore firm, the Mount St. Mary's College (Emmitsburg) business graduate was controller and director of human resources for the National Association of State Aviation Officials.

Mid Atlantic Label names McAree sales manager

Mid Atlantic Label, headquartered in Forest Hill, has appointed Charles H. McAree sales manager for the provider of pressure-sensitive and plastic insert labels to the packaging industry.

A former vice president with Wolk Press, Mr. McAree is a resident of Timonium and a graduate of Towson State University.

He is a member of the Printing Industries of Maryland.


Mullin/Ashley hires Harlan as senior account manager

Mullin/Ashley Associates Inc., named Martha T. Harlan as a senior account manager for the Worton-based regional integrated marketing/communications agency.

A 15-year veteran of marketing, sales and customer services and account management, she is also a registered nurse and is the former sales manager for Nursing Spectrum magazine. McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe announced that John S. Graham III has been appointed partner-in-charge of the law firm's Baltimore office. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, and of the University of St. Andrews.

A member of the Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia bars, the Roland Park resident is also on the Mayor's Committee on Hispanic Affairs and the boards of the World Trade Center Institute, the B&O Railroad Museum and the Public Justice Center.


Glock, Hickey promoted at Stout, Casey & Horning

Stout, Casey & Horning has selected Jeffrey C. Glock and Patricia Hickey as managers. Both had been senior accountants for the Baltimore-based accounting firm. Both Mr. Glock, a resident of Sparks and Ms. Hickey, of Westminster, have been with the firm for two years. Nottingham Properties appointed John T. Hermann as a marketing representative. A graduate of Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, he was a loan officer for Atlantic Federal Savings Bank before joining the property management and development firm in Baltimore.
