Two county properties sold this week by Carroll's Industrial Development Authority brought $201,000.

Steven D. Powell, county management and budget director, reported yesterday that Westminster restaurateur Sal Romeo paid $66,000 for the Glass House property, part of a former distillery at Locust Street and Distillery Drive.

Westminster veterinarian John Kable paid $135,000 for a lot in the air business center on Route 97 north of Westminster, Mr. Powell said.

Mr. Romeo plans to renovate the Glass House as a larger site for his Paradiso restaurant, now in the Locust Lane shops in Westminster.

Dr. Kable plans an animal hospital on the lot south of Business Parkway South.
