Episcopal Ministries to the Aging, the establishing corporation for Fairhaven and Copper Ridge in Sykesville, has announced two staffing appointments.

Jeane Hauser has been appointed director of nursing at Fairhaven, a continuing care retirement community. She will oversee the 101-bed health care center, which recently received a deficiency-free licensure survey from the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Ms. Hauser has a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Gannon University's Villa Maria College of Nursing.

Cindy Yingling has been named vice president for development. Her initial focus will be on developing giving programs for Copper Ridge and its gala, the Copper Ball, scheduled for Oct. 12.
