Catterton Printing names Doug Lewis plant manager

Catterton Printing announced that Doug Lewis has been appointed plant manager for the Waldorf firm. A resident of Upper Marlboro, he is former vice president for production and scheduling at Peake Printers.

McCormick appoints Molan managing director Europe

McCormick & Co., the spice and flavors company, selected John C. Molan as group vice president and managing director for Europe. A native of Wales, he was most recently a vice president with S. C. Johnson Wax. He will relocate to Berkshire, England.

Burton Group promotes Courtney to vice president

A. J. Burton Group, a Baltimore-based executive search and staffing agency, named Brendan Courtney vice president, technical services and banking division. Before joining the firm in 1987, he was with 3M Corp. A Johns Hopkins University graduate, he is active in several local community organizations and chambers of commerce.

Jacobs is named member at Gordon, Feinblatt

Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander announced that Carolyn Jacobs has been named a member. A law graduate of the University of Maryland, she will practice in the firm's health care department. She was formerly with Miles & Stockbridge. The firm also said Dorothy C. Alevizatos, environmental law litigation, Steven A. Cohen, commercial law practice, and Bradley J. Swallow, bankruptcy and creditors' rights law, were admitted as associates. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland has promoted David S. Kowalczyk to vice president, audit and special investigations, for the Owings Mills-based health insurer. He formerly was a division control and internal audit director for ITT Defense & Electronics. Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson announced that Paresh K. Sanghavi and Timothy E. Schott have joined the Sparks planning and engineering firm as water/wastewater engineer and utility senior designer, respectively.


Triplett to manage fleet of vehicles at May Medical

May Medical Services named George Triplett fleet maintenance manager to oversee maintenance and operations in its fleet vehicle service center.

The Reisterstown resident joined the Woodlawn-based company in 1992 as an emergency medical technician/driver. The company operates a fleet of basic life support ambulances.


Lisa Miles promoted at Eisner, Petrou

Eisner, Petrou & Associates, a Baltimore and Washington ad, marketing and communications agency, named Lisa Pashion Miles account supervisor. She joined the firm six years ago as assistant account executive. She is involved with tourism/travel, health care marketing and entertainment industry promotions.
