Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Central District

Robbery: A 33-year-old Locust Point man was in the first block of E. Lombard St. yesterday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of cash and property, all valued at more than $300.

Robbery: Two men, one with a .22-caliber handgun, robbed a resident of the 1400 block of Eutaw Place yesterday of cash and property, all valued at more than $500. The incident occurred in the lobby of the victim's apartment building.

Northeastern District

Assault/arrest: Police arrested a man who struck a woman in the face during an argument Wednesday at her home in the 3000 block of Bayonne Ave. The woman was treated for facial injuries at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Northern District

Theft: An undisclosed sum of money and at least one telephone were stolen Wednesday from CCI Inc. in the first block of W. 25th St.

Burglary: Two multispeed bikes with a total value of nearly $800 were stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 200 block of St. Martins Road.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man known as Kenny in connection with the armed robbery Wednesday of a man in the 4300 block of Cedargarden Road. Taken were $40 and a beeper valued at $60.

Burglary: Nearly three dozen video tapes, all valued at $700, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2800 block of Sunset Drive.

North Point Precinct

Theft from vehicle: An automatic spray washer and a hammer drill, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen Wednesday from a 1993 Ford van parked in the 1900 block of Dineen Drive.

Theft/arrests: Two 16-year-old boys were arrested Wednesday when they attempted to steal property from a department store at Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Blvd. The youths also were charged with auto theft because they drove to the mall in a silver-colored Subaru that had been stolen in Baltimore on March 4.

Garrison Precinct

Stolen car: A 4-door silver-colored 1983 Toyota Cressida with tags REL 089 was stolen Wednesday in the 1700 block of Reisterstown Road.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the High's dairy store in the 10500 block of Reisterstown Road Wednesday.

Robbery: A man who implied he had a handgun robbed the Treasure House in the 1400 block of Reisterstown Road of jewelry and cash, all valued at more than $200, Wednesday.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A resident of the first block of Wyndmoor Place was near her home Wednesday when she was assaulted by a man who robbed her of cash and property, all valued at more than $100.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: A cash register containing $125 was stolen Wednesday from the Neighbor Care pharmacy in the 800 block of N. Rolling Road. Entry was gained by breaking a glass door. The cash register was valued at $800 and damage to the door was set at $300.
