Outlook: After a 2-3 record on their West Coast trip, the Bullets will play 14 of their final 23 regular-season games at home starting tonight. Washington has lost 13 straight to Seattle, and six straight at home since a 106-101 win on March 13, 1989. Sonics All-star F Shawn Kemp was expected to miss a week with a sprained left foot, but he played against the Cleveland Cavaliers last night. He is the team's top scorer (20.7 before last night) and rebounder (12.1). Seattle also will be without G/F Nate McMillan (sore right knee).
