Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Baltimore City

Central District

Stolen car: A 1991 Acura with tags CPH 274 was stolen yesterday from a parking lot behind city government's Neighborhood Recreation Facility in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Ave. The car was equipped with an alarm system and an anti-theft device.

Robbery: A man was in the 300 block of McMechen St. when two men, one armed with a large-caliber handgun, robbed him of more than $150 Sunday.

Northeastern District

Burglary: A 19-inch television and a videocassette recorder, all valued at nearly $500, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 1700 block of Homestead St.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a woman of $8 Sunday in the 5600 block of Cedonia Ave.

Northern District

Robbery: A man was in the 2400 block of N. Howard St. on Sunday when he was attacked by two men, one with a handgun, who robbed him of $50 and knocked him to the pavement. The victim suffered a broken left shoulder and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Dunkin' Donuts shop in the 2700 block of Sisson St. of $70 and $1.50 worth of doughnuts Sunday.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Dunkin' Donuts shop in the 7000 block of Reisterstown Road of less than $100 about midnight Sunday. He did not fit the description of a man who robbed the Dunkin' Donuts on Sisson Street.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A blue 1991 Dodge Spirit with tags AHR 168 was stolen Sunday in the 2100 block of Tucker Lane.

Stolen car: A red 1996 Ford Crown Victoria with tags DAH 111 was stolen Sunday in the 5100 block of Windsor Mill Road.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 100 block of N. Rock Glen Road of more than $50 Sunday while the victim was about to enter his apartment.

Rape: Police arrested a man who allegedly raped his young daughter in a park in the 900 block of Ellicott Drive on Sunday. The man was being held without bail at the city Detention Center.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Vandalism: Several youths, who were throwing rocks, shattered the patio window, valued at $300, of a house in the 1600 block of Four Georges Court on Sunday. Police said the same group broke a window at the house Friday. on March 1.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Shell food mart in the 600 block of York Road of about $100 Sunday after pretending to buy several items and placing them on the counter.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the Hair Cuttery in the 11700 block of Reisterstown Road on Sunday through a rear door and stole more than $100.

Burglary: Someone broke into a garage in the 2700 block of Tufton Ave. on Sunday and tried to steal a cellular phone from a car. The intruder fled without taking the phone but caused at least $300 damage to the car's interior and exterior.

Burglary: Property valued at nearly $1,500 was stolen Sunday from a house in the 3300 block of Turgot Lane.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: Police were seeking a known suspect who entered a house in the 300 block of Cedar Run Place on Sunday through a door and stole a pager, which was recovered later.
