David P. Koontz (D)

Biography: South Hagerstown High School; Western Maryland College, Political Science/History. My experience in the

David L. Osmundson (D)

Biography: Broadcasting diploma; B.A., Political Science; M.A., International Relations. Raised on Iowa farm; worked way through college; U.S. Air Force; 30 years NSA/DOD; travel: Mideast, Africa, Asia, NATO, UN/Geneva; President, outside steering council, prison congregation; taught counternarcotics; briefed about justice system eight states; President, Lutheran congregation; 30 years Maryland resident.

*Roscoe G. Bartlett (R)

Biography: B.S., Columbia Union College; Master's and Ph.D. University of Maryland. A resident of Frederick since 1961, Barlett worked as a professor, research scientist, small businessman, and farmer prior to his election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992. He has 10 children and nine grandchildren.

John J. Kubricky (R)

Biography: Earned two undergraduate science degrees from Johns Hopkins University, with graduate school at Hopkins and University of Maryland; graduate of Mount St. Joseph's in Baltimore. Twenty-seven years advanced electronics systems and research industry; general manager; U.S. Army service 1967 to 1969 including tour with 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam.

Frederic M. Parker (R)
