Outlook: This is the Bullets' first game against the Lakers since the return of Magic Johnson, who is nursing a strained calf. G Nick Van Exel (hip pointer) also is day-to-day. In nine games, Johnson is averaging 15.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 7.3 assists. The Lakers capped a 10-2 February with Wednesday's 99-80 win at Vancouver. For the Bullets, this is the third stop on a five-game trip. They lost to Denver, 92-92, on Tuesday, then fell at Utah, 115-93, on Wednesday. The Bullets won the first meeting with the Lakers, 122-114, on Dec. 15 at USAir Arena.
