Site: Reitz Arena

Time: 7:30

Radio: WCAO (600 AM)

Outlook: If Loyola wins, it will be the fourth seed in this week's Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference tournament. A loss would drop the Greyhounds (7-6 in MAAC) to fifth. Either way, they'll meet Canisius in Saturday's opening round in Albany, N.Y. Sophomore G Mike Powell is second in the MAAC in scoring (19.8 ppg) and assists (4.3 apg), and third in steals (1.8 spg). Loyola is coming off Saturday's 61-57 loss to first-place Iona. Powell had 18 points. Siena defeated Loyola last month, 77-62, behind 20 points from reserve Andy Thies. Loyola never led and managed only two field goals in the last 4:24. Siena lost to Fairfield on Sunday, 66-57. The Saints are last in the conference at 1-12 and will play Iona in the opening round. Sophomore G Jim Secretarski leads Siena at 11.4 ppg.
