Bulls: Michael Jordan scored 34 points as Chicago overcame a 17-point first-half deficit to beat Atlanta, 96-91, Thursday. It was the sixth time in the past seven games and the 32nd time this season Jordan topped the 30 points.

Hornets: Point G Muggsy Bogues, who has played in four games this season for Charlotte, was put back on the injured list Thursday with a sore left knee. Bogues missed the season's first 46 games while recovering from arthroscopic surgery.

Jazz: Karl Malone had 26 points and 14 rebounds Thursday as Utah defeated Toronto, 102-86.

Rockets: Robert Horry made a team-record nine three-pointers on 12 tries Thursday as Houston beat Cleveland, 86-80. Horry made a 10th three-pointer, which would have tied the NBA record, but it came just after the final buzzer sounded.
