Armed, disguised man robs dry cleaner

A man in disguise and armed with a shotgun robbed Glen Burnie Valet Dry Cleaners of an undisclosed amount of money Wednesday, county police said.

Three employees told police that a man wearing a blond wig, dark-rimmed sunglasses, a tan raincoat and a bright orange sweater walked into the store in the 200 block of Crain Highway shortly after 7:30 p.m.

He pulled out a sawed-off shotgun, announced a robbery, and forced the employees into a store bathroom. The man then took money from cash registers and ran, police said.
