Outlook:The Capitals (28-23-7) go into Philadelphia undermanned against the big Flyers (29-17-11). D Mark Tinordi (concussion) is still three or four games away from playing. D Brendan Witt (broken wrist) learned the bone is not healing, and his return may be delayed until playoff time. The Caps also will be without C Stefan Ustorf (shoulder). The Flyers, who beat New Jersey, 4-1, Monday, are looking to put together back-to-back Atlantic Division wins for the first time since October. They are 5-5 in their past 10 games. Philadelphia reports C Bob Corkum (shoulder) and RW Mikael Renberg (abdominal muscle strain) are day-to-day, and Patrik Uhlin (groin) and C Joel Otto (sprained knee) are out.
