Westminster: An employee of Carroll County Food Sunday agency on Distillery Drive reported to city police Tuesday that someone destroyed a sign and tampered with a van. He estimated the damage at $150.

Westminster: An employee of the Center of Healing Arts on East Main Street told city police Tuesday that someone entered the waiting room and stole a compact disc player and four compact discs. She estimated the loss at $268.

Westminster: A resident of Upper Forde Lane in Hampstead reported to city police Tuesday that someone broke out the passenger side window of his car and stole a cellular phone while the vehicle was parked at the 140 Village shopping center. He estimated the loss at $400.

Westminster: A resident of Liberty Street reported to city police Monday that someone stole a $400 car dolly from the rear of his home.

Fire

Pleasant Valley: Pleasant Valley, Westminster and Littlestown of Adams County, Pa., responded to a chimney fire in the 2200 block of Hughes Shop Road at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday. Units were out for 48 minutes.
