The Land Development Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland has elected Steven S. Koren to a third term as president. He served two consecutive stints as president beginning in 1990, when the council was formed.
Mr. Koren is president of Koren Development Co., which does residential and commercial development in the Baltimore-Washington area.
Holder of a civil engineering degree from New York University and a master of business administration from Loyola College, Mr. Koren was the council's 1994 "Developer of the Year."
