Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Theft: Building materials valued at more than $6,000 were stolen yesterday from a trailer owned by Reform Systems Furniture in the 1900 block of Annapolis Road. The trailer was parked near the firm.

Central District

Shooting: Two men, one from the 3600 block of Ravenwood Road and the other from the 2400 block of Lakeview Ave., were in critical condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot by a gunman Saturday night in the 900 block of W. North Ave.

Robbery: A 28-year-old woman was riding in a car in the 300 block of N. Paca St. on Sunday night. When the car slowed, a man got out of a nearby car and stole her gold bracelet valued at $800.

Robbery: Two men attacked a 39-year-old man in the 500 block of E. Lexington St. on Sunday and robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $50.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A motorist from Bel Air was stopped at a traffic light in the 2300 block of E. Northern Parkway on Sunday when he was threatened by a male pedestrian and robbed of $20.

Robbery: A youth was riding his bicycle in the 1600 block of Montpelier St. on Sunday when a man pushed him to the pavement and stole the bike, valued at more than $100.

Robbery: A man was in the 3900 block of Belair Road on Sunday when two men robbed him of $50, a pager and a set of headphones.

Theft from police car: A police officer was chasing a suspect near the 1200 block of E. Belvedere Ave. on Sunday when two men entered his unattended cruiser and stole his traffic ticket book, flashlight and other equipment.

Robbery: A gunman robbed Doz Flowers and Balloons in the 3400 block of Greenmount Ave. of money and jewelry Sunday.

Western District

Stolen car: A green 1994 Plymouth with tags CEF 114 was stolen Sunday in the 500 block of Wheeler Ave.

Southwestern District

Carjacking: A motorist was stopped in the 2500 block of Frederick Ave. on

Sunday when two women forced him from his 1993 Oldsmobile 88 with tags PH01635 and drove off.

White Marsh Precinct

Assault/arrest: A 25-year-old woman was arguing Sunday with a man at her home in the 7400 block of Beech Drive when he cut her on the neck with a knife. Later, police arrested a 23-year-old resident of the 1300 block of Lakeside Ave. in Baltimore.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed Wilson's Leathers at Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Blvd. on Sunday.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A resident of the 2900 block of Kings Ridge Road was walking near his home Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of about $30.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: More than $1,000 in coins was stolen Sunday from a house in the first block of McArthur Court.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 8800 block of Falcon Ridge Road on Sunday and stole a VCR and a watch, valued together at $300.

Woodlawn Precinct

Theft/arrests: Police arrested two 14-year-old girls who tried to leave the F. W. Woolworth store at Security Square Mall in the 6900 block of Security Blvd. on Sunday without paying for cosmetics valued at $31. The girls were released to the custody of their parents.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: A microwave oven, television, videocassette recorder and stereo equipment were stolen Sunday from a house in the 1700 block of Rittenhouse Ave.

For the record

Suspect arrested: Fletcher Little, 43, of the 1600 block of N. Bentalou St. was charged yesterday with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing Sunday of Linwood Owens, 50, of the 2600 block of Reisterstown Road, during an argument in front of Mr. Little's house. Mr. Little's wife formerly was married to the victim.
