* Baltimore City: City government offices will be closed, no trash pickup, but public schools will be open.
* Elsewhere: County government offices will be open, and other services will be provided in these Central Maryland jurisdictions -- Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, Harford and Frederick counties.
