Morgan State falls to Delaware State, 75-68

Terence Hood scored a game-high 25 points to lead host Delaware State to a 75-68 win over Morgan State in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference men's game last night.

Delaware State (7-13, 6-5) trailed 36-35 at the half, but tied the score at 38 on a layup by Chris Nurse. Nurse finished with 16 points and 15 rebounds while Brian Parker added 11 points.

Rasheed Sparks, Dwayne Holmes and Paul Grant all lead Morgan State (4-17, 3-7) with 15.

* Swarthmore 61, Washington 53: Ben Schall scored 15 to lead visiting Swarthmore (8-12, 4-6) past Washington College (6-14, 2-8) in the Centennial Conference.

Bradd Burkhart led Washington College with 12.
