Governors Run

1. Catonsville Builders, Landmark Homes, NV Homes, Richmond American Homes and Trinity Homes have opened furnished single-family homes in the new model-home park at Governors Run in Ellicott City.

The Howard County community is being developed by Greenebaum & Rose Associates. Model homes are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take I-95 South to I-695 North (toward Towson) to Route 40 West and go approximately four miles to a left on Oaks Road.

Catonsville

Catonsville is offering 10 floor plans for the 25 lots it has at Governors Run. One home offered is the Somerset, a two-story traditional with 2,800 square feet of finished living space for $308,650.

A 12-by-10-foot study, 17-by-14-foot family room with cathedral ceiling, 12-by-14-foot living room, and 12-by-14-foot dining room are on the first floor, which also has a powder room, kitchen with pantry, breakfast room and laundry room. wall ovens and a center work island.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 17-by-14 foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with a soaking soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanities. There are three other bedrooms and a full hall bath. The house also has a two-car garage and unfinished basement.

It has a two-story foyer and a gas fireplace in the 19-by-15-foot first-floor family room. A powder room, 14-by-14-foot living and dining rooms, 10-by-10-foot study, kitchen/breakfast room and a laundry/mud room complete this level.

rTC A master suite with a 12-by-10-foot sitting room, 19-by-14-foot bedroom with cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet, and bath with a separate shower, soaking tub, privacy toilet and dual vanities shares the second floor with three more bedrooms and two additional full baths. An unfinished basement and a two-car garage also are included.

A first-floor master suite has a 16-by-19-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with dual vanities linen closet, privacy toilet, soaking tub and separate shower.

The first floor also has a 12-by-16-foot library, 16-by-21-foot two-story family room, open foyer, 14-by-15-foot living room, 14-by-14-foot dining room, powder room, 13-by-19-foot two-level kitchen and laundry room.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full hall bath. An

unfinished basement and a two-car garage are standard.
