Blues: Dale Hawerchuk became the 23rd player in NHL history to score 500 goals as St. Louis beat Toronto, 4-0, on Wednesday. . . . Grant Fuhr made 25 saves to register his 15th career shutout.

Canadiens: Martin Rucinsky and Vincent Damphousse combined for three goals and three assists in Montreal's 5-3 victory over Washington on Wednesday. The two line mates have 25 points in their last four games. Rucinsky has six goals and seven assists and Damphousse has three goals and nine assists over that span.
