Westminster: An employee of Cypress Homes in Columbia reported to city police Wednesday that someone stole $75 worth of property that had been stored on Masters Court.

Westminster: A Linthicum resident told city police Wednesday that someone cut the roof of her car and stole cassette tapes while the vehicle was parked at Western Maryland College. She estimated the loss at $830.

Westminster: A resident of Laurier Drive told city police Wednesday that someone broke into her locked car and stole a $150 cassette player.

Westminster: A resident of Park Avenue reported to city police Wednesday that someone stole the license plate from her car.

Fire

Sandymount: Reese, Westminster and Gamber units responded to a fire alarm in the 2200 block of Baltimore Blvd. at 3:49 a.m. yesterday. Units were out 14 minutes.
