February 01, 1996

A 17-year-old Westminster boy and his 15-year-old sister were admitted to Carroll County General Hospital late Monday after his car flipped on North Gorsuch Road.

According to police reports, James Douglas Unglesbee of Palmsetta Court was driving south on North Gorsuch Road near Hampstead about 9:15 p.m. Monday when he lost control of the vehicle and struck an embankment.

Police said the teen-ager's 1990 Pontiac Gran Prix overturned by the side of the road.

The Unglesbee youth was issued a citation for driving too fast for the conditions, police reports said. Hospital officials said the teen was released later that night; his sister, Bobbi Ann, was released Tuesday.
