New positions

Baltimore Marriott appoints Rosseau resident manager

The Baltimore Marriott Hotel appointed Errol Rosseau resident

manager. Before coming to Baltimore, he was rooms director at Shell Beach Resort in San Luis Obispo, Calif. and had other posts with the Marriott organization in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He is a graduate of El Camino College and is active in several civic, charitable and professional organizations. Maryland Motor Truck Association announced that Carolyn Gutermuth was chosen as insurance administrator. She comes to the association from Lockheed Martin Corp., where she was a workers compensation specialist. She will manage the group's Workers' Compensation Self Insrance Group. The association represents more than 1,100 companies in Maryland. American Office, headquartered in Baltimore, selected Nan Miller as sales manager for its Gaithersburg operation, which oversees staff in Washington, the Maryland suburbs and Northern Virginia. A Penn State graduate, she is a member of several professional, preservation and community groups.


Smith, Issa join Froehling & Robertson

Froehling & Robertson, geotechnical and environmental engineers, announced that Brian E. Smith and Elliott J. Issa have joined the staff of its Baltimore office.

Mr. Smith, formerly with SKS Engineers in Decatur, Ill., was appointed as geotechnical project manager. Mr. Issa was named as construction materials testing project manager. He was with the Birmingham, Ala., firm of Bhate Engineering. Froehling & Robertson, headquartered in Richmond, Va., has provided engineering consulting services for 115 years.

Dunn to be designer at Papier Interiors

Papier Interiors & Design Group hired Holly Bridget Dunn as a designer. She comes to the Timonium company from Collaborative Design Group in Freehold, N.J. Ms. Dunn has a bachelor of science degree in interior design from Radford University.


Eisner, Petrou promotes Moore to vice presidency

Eisner, Petrou & Associates announced the promotion of Patricia Moore as vice president. She currently supervises public relations activity for the agency's Warner Brothers and Helix Health System accounts. The University of Michigan graduate has been with the agency for eight years, and also handled consumer accounts. CGM Health named Albert R. Graves senior vice president of operations for the Owings Mills-based national managed behavioral health care firm. He will assume oversight responsibility for all CGM regional service center operations. Mr. Graves has an MBA from the University of Florida and a degree in computer science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
