Two boys accused of entering enclosed porch of house twice

Two boys were arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts each of fourth-degree burglary after a 37-year-old woman living in the 200 block of Main St. in New Windsor reported that someone had entered her unlocked enclosed porch about noon Monday and Tuesday.

State police said nothing was taken.

The juveniles, who are related, were not identified because of their age..

They were released to the custody of their mother.

10-month-old boy burned in fall onto kerosene heater

A 10-month old New Windsor boy who suffered second-degree burns to both hands after falling into a kerosene heater at home Tuesday was in stable condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, a hospital spokeswoman said.

The injuries to Devan Wright of the 2500 block of Marston Road were ruled accidental by the state fire marshal.
