Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Central District

Theft from vehicle: A cellular telephone valued at $400 was stolen Sunday from a 1995 Mercury Villager parked in the 700 block of Washington Place.

Carjacking: Police were seeking a 1991 Ford Crown Victoria GI Veterans cab with tags 15413B that was stolen Sunday in the 400 block of W. Saratoga St. by a man who forced the cabbie from the vehicle by threatening him.

Shooting: Police were seeking two men who entered a house in the 2100 block of Druid Hill Ave. on Sunday and shot three men. Two of the victims, one from the 2100 block of Druid Hill Ave. and the other from out of town, were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and released. The third, also a resident of the 2100 block of Druid Hill Ave., was treated at Liberty Medical Center and released.

Northern District

Robbery: An 18-year-old Johns Hopkins University student was in the first block of Art Museum Drive on Sunday when a man grabbed her and robbed her of three cassette tapes and other property, all valued at nearly $200.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man was in the 6800 block of Reisterstown Road yesterday when he was struck from behind by another man who robbed him of cash and other property, all valued at $400.

Southwestern District

Stabbing: A man was in the 2700 block of Kinsey Ave. yesterday when he was attacked by another man who stabbed him in the chest with a knife. The victim was in stable condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Woodlawn Precinct

Shooting: Police continue to seek two men who crashed a party in a room at the Best Western Motel in the 1600 block of Whitehead Court early Sunday and shot two men who had told them to leave. The victims were in stable condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery try: A resident of the first block of Saxony Court was walking near her home Sunday night when two men approached her from behind and tried to steal her purse. When the woman cried out, the men fled.

Robbery: A resident of the 6600 block of Dalton Drive was walking to her home Sunday night when two men asked for the time. One of the men pulled a handgun and robbed her of cash and property, all valued at $300.

Suspect arrested: Damien Rashed Stallworth, 19, of the 1600 block of N. Hilton St., charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the slaying of Edward Ford, 19, of the 800 block of Wedgewood Road, was arrested yesterdayy in the 4600 block of Manordene Road. Mr. Ford was fatally shot Jan. 19 while seated in a car parked in front of a carryout in the 300 block of W. Baltimore St.
