Dec. 3: On Monday, in the vicinity of this city, we are told, ice made to the thickness of two inches in some of the ice ponds.

Dec. 3: The Governor's Commission on Problems Affecting the Negro Population yesterday recommended to Governor O'Conor the appointment of county committees to study local conditions of colored people.

Dec. 8: All reservations on the Baltimore and Ohio and Pennsylvania railroads and practically all seats on airplanes leaving Baltimore are sold out for the holiday travel period, spokesmen for the various companies reported yesterday.
