Outlook: With Tuesday's win over the Toronto Raptors, the Cavaliers (5-8) have won three straight games. The team has been carried by G Terrell Brandon, who has averaged 21.7 points, shot 55.2 percent and hit 61.9 percent of his three-point shots in his past seven games. The Bullets (5-7) have dropped two straight but will get an emotional lift with the return of F Chris Webber, out since the preseason with a dislocated shoulder. G Robert Pack is second in the league in assists (9.4) and G Tim Legler leads the league in three-point shooting (60.9 percent, 14 of 23). The Bullets dropped three of four to the Cavaliers last season.
