Police arrested a Baltimore County man and a Baltimore City man yesterday in the shooting of a Snow Hill man in Glen Burnie, authorities said.

Dwayne Lincoln Taylor, 28, of the 5700 block of Voting House Road in Snow Hill, was shot about 1:30 a.m. yesterday during an argument in the 100 block of Georgia Ave. He was listed in serious condition yesterday at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center with wounds in the left thigh, right shin and left arm.

Police said Mr. Taylor was at the home of his assailant's girlfriend when the man arrived and tried to break in. When Mr. Taylor went to see what was going on, the man began shooting, ran to a waiting car and drove off.

Police posted a lookout for the car in surrounding jurisdictions and asked Baltimore County police to pay attention to the Liberty Road area where the gunman was believed to be staying.

A short time later, Baltimore County police stopped a car fitting the description and arrested Akendre Laymon Taylor, 21, of the 6800 block of Liberty Road in Lochearn, and Timothy Lamont Hall, 32, of the 3300 block of Elgin Ave. in West Baltimore.

Akendre Taylor was charged with assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed handgun, stalking, and reckless endangerment. Mr. Hall was charged as an accomplice, police said.
