November 27, 1995

A Littlestown, Pa., man is being held without bail in the Carroll County Detention Center on charges stemming from a burglary at a Taneytown home in June.

Robert Carter Shore II, 20, of the 4000 block of Baltimore Pike was charged late Wednesday with theft over $300, malicious destruction of property and first-degree burglary.

Mr. Shore also faces three charges of conspiracy.

According to court documents, a resident of Bert Fowler Road in Taneytown reported June 28 that a 12-gauge Remington shotgun, a .35-caliber Marlin, $500 in dimes, a videocassette recorder, several checkbooks and jewelry had been stolen from his home.

About five months later, police arrested Jason Michael Feuer on an unrelated charge.

Court documents said he told police he saw a man dispose of two guns on Kays Mill Road that the man said were stolen from a Taneytown home.
