With a base price of $265,900 for 2,200 square feet, the Providence is the smallest and least expensive home Lexington is offering in the Harford County community.

On the first floor there are laundry and powder rooms, a 14-by-13-foot living room, 10-by-13-foot dining room, family room and 13-by-17-foot country kitchen and a two-car garage.
