Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Central District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 3300 block of Lake Ave. of his wedding ring, watch and cash, all valued at more than $300, in the 700 block of N. Howard St. Tuesday night.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a 19-year-old resident of the 1400 block of W. Lombard St. of his charge card and cash as he was putting gas into his car at a service station in the 1800 block of N. Charles St. Tuesday.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a small-caliber handgun, robbed a resident of the 3300 block of St. Paul St. of his wallet and $2 in the 1500 block of Havenwood Road on Tuesday.

Northern District

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 3100 block of Keswick Road through a rear door Tuesday and stole tools, six fishing rods and a 13-inch television, all valued at more than $1,300.

Burglary: Someone entered an apartment in the 900 block of Exeter Hall Ave. Tuesday through the wall of an adjacent apartment and stole a TV, jewelry and a TV game, all valued at nearly $800.

Robbery/abduction: Two men, one with a handgun, forced their way into the car of a Baltimore County woman in the 2300 block of N. Charles St. on Tuesday and drove several blocks before robbing her of jewelry valued at more than $5,000.

Western District

Burglary: Two VCRs, a microwave oven and leather coat, all valued at more than $1,300, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2400 block of Winchester St. by someone who entered through the front door.

Theft/arrest: Police arrested a man who entered a house in the 2300 block of Baker St. Tuesday and stole a VCR valued at more than $400.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed Irvington Cut Rate Liquors in the 4100 block of Frederick Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money Tuesday.

Essex Precinct

Assault: A 28-year-old Dundalk woman was arguing with a man in the parking lot of a Royal Farm store in the 800 block of S. Marlyn Ave. on Tuesday when she struck him with her car as she attempted to drive off. The man sustained a leg injury, but did not seek medical treatment.

North Point Precinct

Theft: Robbery:Robbery: A resident of the 3500 block of Chesterfield Ave. was at the Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Ave. on Tuesday when a man who implied he was armed robbed him of more than $300.

For the record

Identified: A man shot to death and found lying at the bottom of an embankment in Leakin Park on Sunday has been identified as Elliott Hall, 27, of New York City. A jogger spotted the body in a wooded area about 10 feet off the 4800 block of Franklintown Road. Police had no motive in the man's death and had made no arrests.
