1. Classic cars, clowns, jugglers and the Owings Mills High School marching band will entertain visitors from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at the open house for Brookstone Condominiums. Food also will be served.

Built by Bozzuto Homes, the Pikesville condos feature enclosed entryways with intercom, smoke detectors, a fire sprinkler system, thermal pane insulated windows with screens, sound absorbing lightweight concrete flooring and gas heat, cooking and hot water.

The three nearly identical models are the Summit Creek, the Falls II and the Falls.

Available on the first, second or third floor, the 1,200-square-foot Summit Creek has a base price of $98,990. Located only on the third level, the Falls II has 1,350 square feet and a beginning price of $119,990. Also 1,350 square feet, the Falls is a first-floor only unit starting at $125,990.

Ryan's model at the White Marsh community is the Fairfield, which has 1,607 square feet of finished space with an 18-by-19-foot recreation room in the lower level. The base price is $107,900.

Also available at CastleStone is the Lynhaven, a 1,534-square-foot home with a beginning price of $104,900.

Visit the model from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Take I-95 or I-695 to Route 43 to White Marsh.
