N. Carroll Ensemble to present show at high school Nov. 21

The award-winning North Carroll Ensemble, under the direction of Chuck O'Day, will present a show at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at North Carroll High School.

The show choir is a group of 20 singers and dancers with a band.

The group presents family entertainment, including a variety of musical styles with choreography, lighting and costumes.

This year's production features Top-40, disco, Roaring '20s music, show tunes and ballads.

Now celebrating its 20th year, the group has performed at the White House Summer Series, Radio City Music Hall in New York and at America Sings festivals.

The performers this year are: Matt Bauerlein, Jamie Bolster, David Bonner and Dominic DelBrocco.

Also performing are Sarah Edwards, Jeremy Gill, Amber Hagert, Kelly Hoffman, Becky Langatare, Pat O'Donnell, Brent Putman, Cindy Reed, Diana Schmidt, Ciaire Scroggins, Jeni Schrader, Brian Sirman, Jessica Sundgren, Ralph Vaughn, Scott Warner and Craig Wright.

Mike Moxley plays guitar, Nate Keith is on drums and Gary Knisley does sound.

Fire

Hampstead: Hampstead firefighters responded to a transformer fire in the 4800 block of Dave Rill Road at 12:30 p.m. Friday. Units were out 15 minutes.
