Musical 'Fledgly' to be presented to celebrate Human Rights Month

November 13, 1995

The musical "Fledgly: Eggsactly Like Me" will be presented at no charge in celebration of Human Rights Month from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Dasher Green Elementary School, 6700 Cradlerock Way, Columbia.

It will be performed by the Labels Project, an educational partnership between Toby's Dinner Theatre and Howard County public schools.

Fledgly is a "warm fuzzy" who goes to Eggsylvania, where a royal decree has forced everyone to wear an eggshell so that everyone looks alike. Using egg puppets and costumes, Fledgly and his friends teach the Egg Kingdom that it's all right to be different.
