Cobblestone

1. Talles Homes has moved its Cobblestone sales center into the newly completed Waldorf, a 2,215-square-foot rancher with a starting price of $269,000.

Talles is building 12 different single-family houses on maintenance-free Z-shaped lots in Baltimore County.

Z-lots feature a yard on the right side of the home and a private courtyard at the left rear. A $142 monthly homeowners association fee covers all exterior maintenance, including lawn cutting, snow removal and house painting in Cobblestone, which is in the Owings Mills/Pikesville area.

All Talles Homes in the community will have gas heat and hot water, public water and sewer service, Anderson windows, Whirlpool appliances, raised-panel kitchen cabinets, cedar-fenced rear yards and unfinished basements.

An 18-by-14-foot kitchen is across from the entry. To the right, there is an 11-by-11-foot den, 14-by-12-foot bedroom, full hall bath, laundry-mud room, coat closet and two-car garage.

On the left, there is a 16-by-14-foot dining room, 16-by-17-foot living room, and master suite with two closets, a 17-by-15-foot bedroom, and a full bath.

The information center is open from noon to 6 p.m. Friday through Wednesday and by appointment on Thursday.

Cobblestone is one mile north of the Beltway off Reisterstown Road. Turn left on Mount Wilson Lane to the entrance.
