Art sale gives Choral Arts a boost

In its six-year history, the annual art exhibit and sale sponsored by the Baltimore Choral Arts Society has become a staple of the fall art season, showcasing some of the area's well-known artists and benefiting one of Baltimore's finest music groups. This year's show, which opens with a reception from 6 to 9 tomorrow evening, includes works by Raoul Middleman, Tom Miller, Carolyn Brady, Barbara Kassel, Philip Koch, Bennard Perlman, Tammra Sigler, Scott Ponemone and more than 20 others.

At the Conference Center at Sheppard Pratt, 6501 N. Charles St. through Nov. 19. Noon to 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For information, call (410) 523-7070.
