November 01, 1995

Police are looking for five men who beat a man with pool cues Sunday outside a Crownsville bar.

Todd Dean Wilson of the 900 block of Ritchie Road of Crownsville told police he was at the bar in the Harbor Inn, at Herald Harbor and Kyle roads, shortly before 2 a.m. when a group of patrons was asked to leave.

As the men were leaving, they grabbed Mr. Wilson, pushed him out the front door and threw him down the front steps, police said.

The men kicked and punched him, and then hit him with pool cues. Mr. Wilson's assailants then got into a blue Mustang and fled, police said.

Mr. Wilson sustained minor injuries and declined treatment.
