Police arrested two men on drug charges Monday and one on destruction of property charges at Phirne and Glen Mar roads in Glen Burnie, county police said.

When an officer arrived at the intersection just before 3 a.m. Monday, he found about six people milling around, police said.

The officer told two of the men to leave, but then saw one give the other something from his pants pocket. The second man stuffed the object in his trousers, the report said.

As the officer approached the two, he smelled drugs, the report said. He ordered the men to give him the bag of drugs, which tested positive for PCP-laced parsley flakes, police said.

Donald R. Johns, 27, of the 7900 block of Allard Court in Glen Burnie and Raymond Winston Stover, 29, of the 8200 block of Sherbrooke Court in Millersville were charged with possession of PCP.

During the arrests, a third man began shouting and cursing, and was arrested when he refused to stop, police said.

While in the patrol car on his way to Eastern District station, police said the man kicked the microphone and radio speaker and broke them.

Keith James Wood, 22, of the 8000 block of E. Phirne Road in Glen Burnie was charged with disorderly conduct and destruction of property.
