J. M. Baughman Associates was awarded a contract on Oct. 10 to conduct training at the Institute of Banking Education in Bratislava, Slovakia.

As part of the unusual Eastern European program sponsored by the U.S. Agency for International Development, Janice Baughman will spend three weeks instructing bankers about the Western approach to capital markets and enhancing their skills.
